Within minutes of notifying SqareTrade of problems I experienced with a product, I had a call ticket in my e-mail. Withing a few days, I had $$ in my PayPal account. Outstanding. Best Buy will jack you around, Sears will jack you around, not so with SquareTrade. I'm proud to offer their logo on my auctions when I sell on e-bay. "

I have had three warranteed products fail in the last two and a half years and I have been reimbursed for the full purchase price on eaqch occasion. Once I received a check in the mail and the last two were done via PayPal. The online claim forms are easy to complete and the turn around time is less than two weeks. I am very satisfied with Square Trade's prices and service."

Within 10 days of notifying them of a failure of an electronic device I had purchased and insured through them they had refunded my full purchase price for the item.
