did the warranty check and REFUND WITH GIFT CARD
Worse time ever to get taken care of!
First off the protection plan doesn’t in fact cover your item it only covers $30 bucks so if it’s over the amount you are pretty much screwed.
Computer stopped working right after receiving it. Warranty processing was borderline criminal. Submitted receipt, filled out attestation form. Next day asked to send in multiple pictures of non working computer...? Told them I threw it away, they said, oh too bad, no warranty for you. I requested they show me where in the warranty it says I need to keep possession of the non working item until they say I can toss it...
My claim was approved I sighed the affidavits required it's been more then 8 business days and the check that was supposed to be mailed to me still hasn't. No one helps everyone keeps saying they are going to escalate my issue but no one actually resolves it.
It took 6 phones calls to finally get all the things I needed to get my refund which came in the format of a Sam's Gift card. I was never informed that my refund would be a Sam's gift card.
Talk to All-State and was instructed to send device to manufacturer, manufacturer did not cover so waited on them to send back and All-State finally took the device in. They could not fix it and now waiting on new device for over an week. No updates
I have been fighting with them for a week I'm tired of it.
They sent me a link to schedule a repair that doesn’t work… 4 different times. I had to call to schedule and then they didn’t give me the right time. This is 3 weeks later to get my tv looked at and they come and is in a hurry and “fix” 2 TV’s. Allstate sent a Canadian board that had to be reprogrammed and took some time. When I express my concern that the prompts on the tv were not normal and I was missing some features he said I would have to sign in and see and left.
