"I was very satisfied with how Square Trade handled my claim. After my PS3 had failed for the second time Square trade indicated that instead of repairing the item a second time they indicated that they would pay for a new unit. I was totally surprised and please with their decision. I have 5 different contracts with square trade and I plan to continue to have warranties with them for all of my electronics."
