Everything went really well!
I reported my issue and received instructions on next steps, and I immediately responded. I later received an email to select a replacement TV, and the next morning, a 2nd one that was updated with different choices. Two days later I received my new TV and I am happy! I feel this is hands down the best protection plan to get as I didn’t even have to send in the damaged electronics I purchased. I was sent a check to replace them and that was that. Awesome service!
Whenever I purchase items for my kids, I make sure I purchase the protection plan. Just so happens, Walmart always uses Allstate. Every time I need to file a claim, the service is top notch, from start to finish. Great quality employees and plans.
The woman I spoke with was extremely helpful especially because I was already frustrated with Walmart, where I bought the product and not receiving the help I was expecting to get. By the end of the phone call I was happy with the solution and the professional courtesy that I received!!
We had problem with Samsung warranty people. Allstate was so professional with us in pursuing the solution helping us to get our tv replaced and finally replacing the tv because Samsungs people was wet not very cooperative or a responsible company for getting the job done. I called to make a warranty claim for a grill I purchased. It didn't take long for the agent to look into my claim. When he came back on the line, he said he had some good news for me. He said he was authorized to issue me a full refund for my purchase.
