Better than Statefarm by far
On line claim submission was relatively easy but had I not had a scanner, it would have been a problem. Having to pay $25 just to submit a claim is totally unacceptable. I worked insurance for years and no company we had required payment just to submit a claim. When you pay the claim, you need to reimburse the charge for submitting it.
It took two attempts to review all TV replacement options. It would have been more timely to have been able to see all options with one email.
Easy to use and very quick turnaround.
