My refund was appreciated and fast, the repair technician was not experienced and could not speak English . Waiting on the refund for the spoiled food to make my final position on All-State bought a new unit last week and had purchased another Allstate protection plan hopefully the refrigerator will last for 5 years. Had to send my watch in twice for repairs. While the process to start a claim, sending it in, and getting it back was good, I am not overly impressed with the tech that done the repair. I now have noticeable scratches around the facing of my watch. They need to be more careful.
Your online system is a mess and could not handle my input. After messing with it for hours I gave up. I had to make a phone call and then the matter was finally resolved. The online part was very irritating because of the nonsense website.
