Great customer service and timely resolution of claim
The service that I received during the filing of a claim on my damaged glasses was just outstanding. The customer service technician that helped me with filing the claim was very helpful.

My son uses a Chromebook for school. He accidentally cracked the screen of his Chromebook. Working with Allstate to repair the Chromebook was a simple process. The hardest part was finding a shipping box. The repair took about two weeks. Allstate kept me updated all along the way. My Chromebook is home and is 100% repaired and functional. I'm so glad we purchased this plan it saved us from having to buy another Chromebook.

Just a phone call away got us started in replacement of our faulty Tv. The technicians asked a few questions and asked for a few pictures to backup our claim. After a short period our claim was accepted. We were then offered three compatible versions of TVs and we picked the one we liked. The new Tv was shipped to us in a few days.
This claim submission was fairly easy. My only concern was the waiting period. In my experience, it seemed that I had to nudge for a response. Once that was done, everything was a 1,2 process. Thanks for making it fairly easy. All in all, I had a good experience.
Had a foot spa that developed issues. With the protection plan I was able to purchase a new one. Recommend the plan for any product that has moving parts, something usually goes wrong!
