Almost 5 years ago I purchased an outdoor wicker-like seating group section of 6 pieces. Even though I always had it covered in the winter it started to unravel & show breakage on several pieces. When I checked my policy, I saw I still had 2 months left on the warranty protection policy I purchased. I always buy purchase protection plans after losing money on previous electronics purchases. I know if something goes wrong I’ll have insurance to buy another or have it repaired. It is literally worth every penny

The expire end was very quick and super easy. I was very satisfied that my glasses were replaced!!!
The experience was ok, except for the fact that I did not get the entire price I paid for the item. It was a factory defect. I should’ve gotten the entire amount I originally paid
