I had difficulty with the on-line enrollment form for my warranty but Allstate Reps took care of it and my claim form. My claim was approved within a couple of days of filing the form. I was still waiting for the tracking number for my replacement product when my replacement product was delivered.
I dropped my camera shortly before leaving on a 2 week cruise with my wife. I contacted Allstate, filed the claim and had my camera repaired and in my hands within a week! I am a retired insurance agent, very experienced with claims, and Allstate exceeded my already high expectations.
I’ve always been hesitant on buy protection plans but nowadays it seems ‘things’ break or stop working as intended just after manufacturers warranty is up.

Filed a claim for a malfunctioning Roomba and just followed the instructions provided which included mailing in Roomba. Roomba was back with me within 10 days(or less) fixed.
