I had a big scratch right in my line of vision and all I had to do was go to Sam's and the young lady did everything for me. She took care of it all and within a few hours I had money to replace my glasses. Could not have gone anybetter.

Our experience was great up until we received the box, removed the carefully wrapped stereo and discovered the two inch long crack in the stereo plastic turntable cover. We know there was no crack in the cover when we took it to Fed Ex to have it shipped to you. We watched them carefully pack the stereo in a box for shipping.
