Broke phone had my refund for full amount q week after they got it
My experience was all good.
Had problems updating apps and phone was acting strange so I called to see if I could get my phone updated and instead they replaced it with a new phone. Only had to wait a couple of days for new phone and had it set up and ready in just a few hours. The only problem I had was the new phone had a different charging system and no charger was supplied with the phone so when it arrived I had no way to charge it. Was simple to long in and file. Only thing that wasn’t told to me when I purchased was there was a $25 fee to use it
From beginning to end the process was so easy and quick.
It was on time. Part broke and needed to be out of town the next day...
Our tech showed up early and was able to detect the issue with our washer. He was informative, professional and friendly. Our washer is working good again! I'm so glad we had our warrantee with Allstate!
