Front screen was cracked badly. Couldn't access most phone features. Repair was expedited easily and quickly by Allstate. The repair was done same day by a local shop (CPR). Monthly subscription first is reasonable. Deductible was fair. Great to have the peace of mind.
My refund was appreciated and fast, the repair technician was not experienced and could not speak English . Waiting on the refund for the spoiled food to make my final position on All-State bought a new unit last week and had purchased another Allstate protection plan hopefully the refrigerator will last for 5 years. Your online system is a mess and could not handle my input. After messing with it for hours I gave up. I had to make a phone call and then the matter was finally resolved. The online part was very irritating because of the nonsense website.
