I had insurance and they covered it! Pure and simple They replaced It was NOT easy getting thru the telephone system, many transfers, and repeated explanations other than that I am happy they stood behind the product that only lasted 4 months

Told them about what happened and she was very helpful and processed my claim within few minutes. Our call was disconnected, but she had the courtesy to call us back and continue with the process.
