I bought a TV that I was unfamiliar with so I thought it would be a good idea to get the extended warranty despite horror stories about filing claims I've heard in passing. The TV made it 2 months past the manufacturer's warranty and started acting up. When I finally remembered buying the extended warranty I figured I'd be adding to the horror stories. I purchased an air fryer from Walmart and the insurance. Less than 3 months later the display lights went out. Call the insurance company not knowing any information and they walked me through and made filing my claim a walk in the park.
