I bought a rope necklace online from Walmart for my husband last year at Christmas I purchased a 2 year warranty plan thank goodness. The necklace tarnished sent it to it came back beautiful. It tarnished again sent it back again I got a email from you stating it can't be fixed you've getting a refund. That was amazing thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
