Had to send my watch in twice for repairs. While the process to start a claim, sending it in, and getting it back was good, I am not overly impressed with the tech that done the repair. I now have noticeable scratches around the facing of my watch. They need to be more careful.

No issues once I was able to talk with an agent.
At first working with a text agent was not the opportune method to give info as there is a 3 minute warning. At first the agent was going to reject my claim. But after trying to text more concisely did the agent approve. Later I found that I could phonecon an agent by waiting till the end of recorded message. This enabled the process to work smoothly. The recorded message should state in the beginning that you could choose which method you prefer.
Very quick and super easy process! I highly recommend All State protection plans.
