Allstate was awesome. Got a pricey generator. It worked for months only. The store refused to exchange the generator. They directed me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer say " No take it back to store" still under the period to be exchange...to make the story short. Multiple calls until gotten the correct person. Then things went quickly. The issue was resolved, either great appreciation.
Quick, fast and easy . I put in a claim 2-3 days later I received a replacement. I love AllState protection plans. They are spot on.
The charging case for my Soundcore Space a40 earbuds quit working/charging. I used my Allstate insurance claim and it was almost immediately approved. They shipped me a brand new pair of Soundcore a30i earbuds as a replacement for my Space a40 buds that were not in stock at the time.I received them very quickly,in 3 days I believe,from Amazon,and were delivered on a Sunday. Very happy with Allstate!

Allstate customer service was prompt and easy to work with. I received a check for the covered amount in a timely fashion. I plan to use this company again!
They fixed my phone pretty fast and communicated with me if there was a issue getting in the phone , I got the phone back which took a day or 2 after the fix and it's working beautiful thank you so much for your help with my screen issue.
