I filed a claim online and it was very easy. I answered the questions and received a file/case #. Within a day, I received an e-mail with the results of my claim. It was that easy.
I contacted Allstate Protection Plan becuase my Christmas infatable was not inflating. The light's lite up inside but would not inflate. After they reviewed my issue,I was given a Walmart gift card for the purchase of my item.
