The claim process and payment was fast but the card that was provided was declined at every store which at some point was extremely embarrassing. I’ve only been able to use it once online on Instacart.

Claim for my Blu Phone was prompt, but the merchant wouldn't permit splitting payment to purchase a replacement phone that cost more than the old phone. This didn't make a lot of sense since the merchant offers the Allstate warranty with its phones.
