I had a big scratch right in my line of vision and all I had to do was go to Sam's and the young lady did everything for me. She took care of it all and within a few hours I had money to replace my glasses. Could not have gone anybetter.

I contacted Allstate regarding my reclining chair. The foot part that comes out when you recline had broken. I contacted them to see about having someone come and fix it. I sent in photos of the chair and the broken part. To my surprise, I was sent a check for the full purchase price to purchase another one. This was filed and settled in a week. I was more than satisfied with the service I received. Highly recommend!!!!!!
