My device flaked out after a year and ordinarily I would have tossed it. Luckily, Amazon prompted me to buy an Allstate Protection Plan for it. A couple forms later and I had a refund so that I could buy a new one. Doesn't get much better than that!

The whole experience was wonderful. Son broke headset on Thursday and by the next Thursday he had his brand new headset. Super easy to use.
