I bought a rope necklace online from Walmart for my husband last year at Christmas I purchased a 2 year warranty plan thank goodness. The necklace tarnished sent it to it came back beautiful. It tarnished again sent it back again I got a email from you stating it can't be fixed you've getting a refund. That was amazing thank you for your kindness and professionalism. I had a printer that just stopped printing. Allstate offered me a refund of the purchase price. I had a check within 7 days of filing the claim. Never a problem
Both All-State and the servicing company were great.
My item was quickly refunded so I could replace it. Easy process.
They are using an automated call in system which I am not a fan of. I would rather talk to a real person when I call.
