Overall, very good. Only one negative: the TV team did not accept my recommendation to replace my defective TV with its updated version. The Allstate Team selected a TV that was good, but not the same model that I had. The model that was provided was approximately $150 less, so I guess that was a factor in the replacement unit.
Filing claim was easy and quick, receive information in a timely manner.
My coffee maker would not turn off and my small appliance coverage took care of that.
