After running through all the steps to try and resolve the issue with my TV without solving the problem the immediately started the replacement process. Within 2-3 days I received my new TV.
My cell phone stopped charging and the charger got very hot. I called the Allstate customer service and they gave me the option to either mail it in for repair or take it to the local shop. I made the mistake of taking it to the local repair shop because I thought it would be more convenient and faster. The local shot is/was terrible, incompetent and a very poor option.
