Unfortunately, the problem we had with our refrigerator was minor, but because the delivery people from Home Depot refused to take the doors off of the fridge to put it in place in my home they gave me my money back and I still have my old fridge. The ice machine doesn’t work well, but I got a free refrigerator, which I think is too bad for them but great for me.
However we are over two weeks into this mess and originally the wrong parts were sent and the tech told us he’d expedite the correct parts and get back to us asap. We patiently waited all last week and heard nothing. We reached back out to AllState (Square) and we have another appt schedule but not until 12/5/24. This is so frustrating. We be at a month with no washing machines
