I paid for this service at my local Wal Mart. My watch battery died. I submitted a claim and got a new one. It was so easy to check the status and get it repaired. In and out. Loved it.

It was rocky at first I was angry because I couldn’t do the online process but I got it done my husband and I and a rep helped us through the process so yes I’d say it’s a 5 star win win I’m satisfied

After 1 year and like 10 days my TV messed up. I had a warranty with Allstate Protection Plan through Walmart that was honored after realizing my TV could not be fixed. We discussed over phone regarding problem solving techniques and after decision was made that it could not be fixed I was informed my tv would be replaced. I just ordered the TV after approx 1 week and it was delivered today. I am VERY satisfied with their service.
The part was ordered wrong twice and still have no idea when it might come in. Starting to get disappointed.
My TV stopped working. I called Allstate. Out of the three calls, the first and third call was difficult to understand the ladies on the phone. The second call, the gentleman was very clear, after a couple of tries to fix and possibility replace the TV… the TV was unrepairable. I was surprised and pleased, I got a full refund on my TV. My extended warranty was the BEST!!
