Very professional when calling or on chat
Allstate made the process very simple which was much appreciated. My claim was resolved in a timely manner. Overall, I had a very good experience. :-)
Had to send my watch in twice for repairs. While the process to start a claim, sending it in, and getting it back was good, I am not overly impressed with the tech that done the repair. I now have noticeable scratches around the facing of my watch. They need to be more careful.
