The plan was fine but consumer cellular sent me 2 badly refurbished phones. I am still waiting for one that works.
I originally purchased this plan because it was so affordable and didn't anticipate actually needing it. I was able to send my Apple Watch in twice for quick repairs free of charge. I'm so happy that I had this protection plan
