Overall, I had a positive experience with filing my claim. The only disappointment I had is, I had to do it by phone took several different prompts and several minutes of getting shuffled all over the place before I could actually even talk to somebody that did not give a five star rating, I did talk to the agent. He was very thorough polite and filed the claim in an expeditious manner, but they definitely need to update their phone service to get connected to an agent more properly without all the props and misdirection.

Allstate couldn’t have been more helpful when one of my barstools broke. Although I couldn’t get the same chairs, the ones I picked out are very nice. I would definitely recommend Allstate to friends and family.
There was a few phone calls and emails, and follow up emails. But the process wasn't horrible and the repair process good. The repair guy they sent out was very nice. They determined they needed to replace the TV - and that was handled extremely efficiently. I got a new TV delivered days after I had made my choice. Very happy with the results.
They handled my claim very efficiently and prompt to my satisfaction.
The entire process took less than 10 minutes with me getting a gift card to use as I shop for the replacement. I've used the protection plan service multiple times each with extremely favorable results. It's a no brainer to add the coverage when it's offered.
I was surprised I didn’t have any issues. I recommend to insure your purchases when possible. You just never know when they will stop working. If they don’t, great ! but for peace of mind, a few extra dollars is well worth it, in my opinion.

OUR POWER WENT OUT OVER A WEEK AGO. ONCE THE POWER CAME BACK ON MY TV, COMPUTER AND PRINTER WERE NOT WORKING. I CALLED WAVE/ASTOUND MY INTERNET SERVICE. THERE POWER WAS OUT AND FINNALY OPERATING AGAIN. I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THERE WAS NO SIGNAL AND THAT MY MODEM WAS NOT FUNCTIONING. I CHECKED MY WARRANTY ON MY PURCHASE I MADE AT Walmart on May 4th 2024. The claim process was going to take too long for me to send the modem back and wait for a replacement, so I used a backup Motorola to get me back in operation for my T.V... read more
