The claim process was very friendly and easy, but the waiting time for the replacement is too long. I still haven’t received my replacement…
I was very happy through the whole process. I contacted Allstate protection plan and they sent me to a dealer nearby where my item was fixed. Never received a bill, don’t even know how much it cost. I would recommend Allstate Protection Plan.
Unfortunately I have had multiple repairs to a Whirlpool refrigerator, but fortunately I have an Allstate Protection Plan. They have been polite and professional everytime I have needed them.

I should be covered, for what I paid for not get a replacement due to faulty manufacturing. And what if that replacement fails. I am stuck I purchase protection for three years it just one year. I need a refund.
