Simple and fast process. Filed a claim in 3 days it was complete. Maybe less actually I was late checking my email. Agent was kind and knowledgeable

The rep was also kind enough to answer all my questions to the best of their abilities. I was very satisfied with the service I received.
It should not take more than two emails or more than three phone calls to get a process started. I purchased the appliance, with a warranty. Eight days is too long for a process that should take no more than 3.
