I had a fairly good experience this time around (2nd claim in last one-year period!), this time with a new "failed ice maker" issue. The customer service rep was both friendly and professional in dealing with me on the phone. Everthing went very well and timely, from the repair man to the protection plan reaching out to me to remedy the issue. Would recommend Allstate protection plan.

I could not have asked for a better experience. My glasses got ripped off my face by dog at the dog park. Needless to say by the time I got them back they were history. Thanks to this insurance I was able to get another pair of glasses. Thank you very much.

I fell and damaged my glasses they were broken and scratched . I also broke my little finger so my son assisted me with the online process which was very easy Payment Method is outstanding !
