Emailed Allstate, told them my problem and they quickly sent me a refund for my faulty coffeemaker
I just could not gain access to my protection plans off their website, there was something coded on page that blurred over my plans and while I could see placeholders for around 5 plans, I could not view any of them nor could I initiate a claim. My printer suddenly refused to print just as I was readying to go on an auto trip and needed to print out some important papers for my Executor. Although he first requested I unplug my computer and the plug was at floor height under my desk, requiring me to get on my knees on a tile floor.. I live alone and am nearly 89, finding it difficult to arise from floor height, so he went the extra mile and gave me credit for my printer in the form of a Gift Card.
