Our washer was beyond repair and I filed a claim within 10 days I got a check in the mail for the purchase price of the washer. The process could have been streamlined as there was several instances of back and forth between different departments and emails. I also thought the payment could have been made by some other method besides a check in the mail. My warranty ended up being worth it!

The agent taking my call was very helpful.
