My experience with the repair company was not great. Lack of communication all the way. The protection plan offered me the opportunity to find another repair dealer or accept a check. Decided to accept the check and it was quick and easy

Very easy and fast to get the money back
Allstate found me a great shop that ordered and repaired my phone quickly while I waited. Great job on Allstate, Square reps and store manager for helping when a franchise store would not do the repairs. Excellent customer service!
