It is a good plan, but be ready to flight for your rights. In my case the offer me 6 different choices of earbuds replacement and 5 of those were not close to the quality and form factor of the ones been replaced. The remain alternative was a refurbished one with only 90 days of warranty. We ended on good terms, by getting a check for the amount that I paid for the buds.
We were disappointed our refrigerator could not be fixed. But that was no fault of yours. There were few if any questions beyond that and our unit was replaced. Pretty easy

I had 5 service calls in one year on a washer. Finally I was out of warranty and used Allstate. They had a worker who recognized what a lemon it was. He did a great job as well as your office personnel . I bought a new washer and requested Allstate insurance !
