The tech person, Coco, was exceptionally supportive and patient and kind and helpful. As I had questions, he walked me through the steps. I'm 74 years old, a little techy myself, but with a hearing issue. Coco slowed down his speech enough to make it a team effort. Very pleased with results and suggestions for a remedy, if needed. I was given another number. In case further help was needed. Which it hasnt, so that is really good.

I didn't think that the actual filing of the claim was a simple task, but the end result was fine. I was a bit displeased because my last correspondence was to call customer service when the items were in my presence and to take my time. These were summer umbrellas and were stored away until March, so I did indeed take my time from November and when I called, my claim had been closed for not corresponding. Fara was VERY helpful to reopen the claims and process the refund, so all good!
