Very easy to send the damaged item to Allstate via prepaid USPS label. Several days later they informed me the unit was unrepairable. A week later I received a check for the purchase price of the unit. I highly recommend Allstate!
They did exactly what they said they were going to, try to repair it, and if they can’t they’ll send me a new one, and I got a new pair

I was afraid I would have to argue with your agent to get a refund or at least get my hearing aid repaired. Your agent guided me with the packing and assurances that I would at least get my hearing aid repaired. I received a full refund as the hearing aid was unrepairable. Thank you for the great service!
