They are very professional and treated me with respect. Like most things it takes time so you have to be patient. I received several emails back so the communication was good. In my case, my Sony TV is under a three-year warranty so they forward me to the manufacturer for follow up. Unfortunately, it will take several weeks before I receive a replacement TV.
This is the first time I file a claim for furniture. The whole process does take some time, but definitely worth it. The protection plan team was available every time I called and answered all my questions and concerns.
I’ve purchased over 5 dual dash cans to all my families cars and this is the first one that gave up. We take care of our cars and dash cams . I had one incident with one lady who had me spend a lot of time trying to fix my tv though I shared with her I already had tried with another. That bothered me. However, the other two folks were wonderful!
My glass lenses got Ruland I let them know.I paid my deductible and in a short time.Had a check to replace my glasses in full. The process was very easy and appreciated their prompt ness.
