My glasses slid out from the dashboard of my vehicle, thru the open window and onto a local street. Within 15 minutes we searched my route, my son found them on the shoulder, run over, scratched and bent at the hinge. Sams Club optical department guy started my path which I dreaded as I'm a bit of a computer dinosaur. Bottom line, all went well, and very fast paced. They lived up to what the plan was supposed to do. Thank you!
I used my extended warranty when something in my $1000 Jura coffee maker broke after the manufacturer's warranty had ended. I used my All State Protection plan and was instructed to send in the unit (postage paid). After about a week, I received an email stating that the machine could not be repaired and that I would be reimbursed according to the warranty.
