I was able to call support and had my battery powered wet, mop, registered and sent out to service department. They tracked the entire thing and reported to me as soon as they knew that they could not repair it. I received a refund for the purchase of the entire unit.

I had purchased a Eufy Robovac G32 Pro. One and a half years later, it no longer would **** up the dirt. Allstate offered a replacement robot vacuum. I declined the replacement due to the very poor reviews on Amazon. 1 star out of 5 as a rating average. First time I've ever seen an item with an average rating of 1 out of 5 stars. So Allstate offered me a complete refund of my original purchase price. You can't ask for more than that. I am completely satisfied.
