Terrific customer service. Was surprised for short turn around time to receive my repaired phone.
My daughter dropped her HP laptop, causing the screen to crack. The screen was quickly replaced thanks to having bought the Allstate Protection Plan coverage when we originally bought the laptop at Costco. I submitted the claim easily online and the process from start to finish was seamless and fast. I'm usually skeptical of buying these type of plans for electronics, but in this case it was well worth the money.

I had submitted a claim and then 3 weeks later I checked on it. Additional information was needed. I supplied the information. Within a week, I had a new router and my claim was closed. Communications were all done via e-mail or chats. The customer service area was very helpful. The Protection plan was worth the money!
They only reimbursed me for a portion of my expense.
Allstate was very good about helping me get another phone, however I was unable to get my original moto5g5. The phone I was able to get as a replacement is one I'll never buy again. Would really love to have my original brand phone back! Would love help with that. Other than that, they did get me a phone I could use right away and needing it for business I really appreciate that
