Everyone thinks they don’t need a protection plan until they need one. Glad I bought one for my Refrigerator. When it broke down they were quick to send a technician to diagnose and after some back and forth was told that LG will be fixing it and we will be reimbursed if we get charged for anything. LG tried to fix it but refrigerator was dead. Gave the letter from LG to all state and was issued a check for what I bought the Refrigerator less sales tax. My dishwasher was 2 1/2 years old and under warranty. Two different repair services were sent out and it was decided it was not fixable. We were compensated, and we’re pleased with the whole process.
They Fixed my mac book as fast as possible, procedure was not complicated .
