Having purchased my refrigerator on line from Costco, I initially had difficulty getting a clear answer to the repair, but this was resolved and my refrigerator is working perfectly now. Thank you to one and all for making this happen. My Christmas season will be a happy one with a working refrigerator.

Filed a claim for a washer repair. They were quick to tell us what to do after gathering pertinent information on how the washer worked, and what it wasn’t doing correctly. Our issue was quickly resolved and reimbursement followed immediately. They were very knowledgeable and easy to work towards the resolution, making for satisfied customers.
I was very pleased overall. The customer service representatives were very helpful and patient. They covered the repair costs for my laptop that I had serviced at Best Buy. Definitely would recommend Allstate.
