We got my son a xbox series elite controller for his birthday last year and it fell off his desk and got damaged allstate protection plan paid for the controller to be sent in and fixed it was back to us fixed in a week. I was very impressed with the time it took to fix and send back. We always get protection plans from them an have never had any problems.

I had no problem with my repair. My vacuum part was returned to me in just over a week. So far it seems to be working fine.

My less then 2 year old Dell monitor developed a problem that could not be repaired. Allstate quickly refunded the cost and I was able to replace it. Thank you Allstate.

Had a problem with the TV, the warranty was almost expired, but Alstate stepped in took care of business, and now we have a new TV.

I bought insurance for my glasses for the first time in my many years of wearing them. The purchase was simple as I did it at the time of purchase. Filing the claim was reasonably painless. My one issue is that I didn't know how much I was being reimbursed for them until I was completely done. I was hoping to have had an idea sooner in the process. That said, I have now been able to purchase replacement glasses.
