Very pleased with the customer service, fast courtious service. Was able to get the item back and working within a week.
Many calls and texts and some confusion everything was settled satisfactorily.
The glass manufacture made his money on the glasses, but he didn’t do anything for me. I just hate the glasses.
The process of taking photos to submitting the claim was seamless, easy to do and the reimbursement came quickly!
I have a pixel 7a that I bought in July of 2023. There was a small crack on the top left and the charging port didn't work anymore. I contacted Allstate with my warranty and got that set up through them. Chose the option of choosing my own company to fix it and ended going with google since it was in the first year.
