A couple of days before calling Allstate I’d had a bad fall … actually a face plant with my glasses on … suffered a concussion, and was airlifted to the hospital in another town. When I called Allstate to activate my glasses replacement insurance I didn’t even feel like talking. I was overwhelmed with the compassion of the woman I was speaking to. Got my claim done quickly and without any issues
The tech arrived on time, the day after I placed my claim. He was very pleasant and professional, repaired my dishwasher on that visit and cleaned up the area before he left. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! This was such a contrast with most other service contracts I’ve had in the past where it was not easy to set up the claim in the first place, then having to wait days or weeks for the tech to arrive, and then waiting even longer for the part to be ordered, etc. etc. etc. Thank you Costco and Allstate!
I submitted the claim took pictures and video to the insurance. Within a week or less I received my new tv. The only thing that gets me is that the insurance does not go to the new tv which i bought a 4 year plan and you can not get insurance on the new tv that you just got. So my tv that broke lasted a year and couple months i bought a 4 year plan and the fact that if i wanted to buy insurance for the new tv i am unable to.
Any time I purchase something of value and incase anything happens to it AllState takes good care of replacing it. I’m very satisfied!
