I broke my glasses (well, I didn't but my son did when he stepped on my purse that was on the floor); and I was able to easily process the warranty and had the amount put on a giftcard for where I purchased them at. It was available to use within a few hours and I ordered new glasses right away! I am now a firm believer in warranty's!

Item received refurbished but in like new condition. Item developed a problem which was promptly repaired under warranty. Item developed a repeat of the repaired problem at which time a refund was promptly initiated by the company.

This fridge was the 2nd one with freezer and refrigeration issues. Over freezing and under refrigeration. Had a couple of contacts with Allstate reps! I didn’t have to go through as much as I did with the last refrigerator. I really liked the model, however, not a good brand. So, Allstate followed up quickly and was able to receive a refund for what I initially paid. I was satisfied. Thanks for really listening to me and helping me through this difficult situation.
