It was easy to file a claim with Allstate to replace my broken prescription glasses. I'm still waiting for reimbursement.
I've had to use them many times for replacements. Always smooth. I have had issues getting my plan to go in on a Walmart online order as there isn't enough spaces for the order number so I always have to call and get them to search and find it. Wish it could be fixed so finding it would be less time consuming

I purchased glasses from Sam's Club and added the Allstate Protection Plan. Unfortunately, my glasses were damaged. I returned to Sam's Club to replace my glasses. However, with their expert help I filed a claim and was surprised to find the process simple and very straight forward. I received email communications from Allstate that tracked the progress. I was very pleased to have my claim accepted and my payment almost totally covered my new glasses. Obviously, I bought another Protection Plan for my new glasses.
