I bought the extra insurance from Walmart. Screen broke when dropped. Went online filled out forms and sent it back to Allstate Was returned in less than 2 weeks fully repaired like brand new!

Basically, Allstate saved the day. I had a dud of a GE Cafe refrigerator, that was impossible to fix - Allstate came to the rescue and sent me a check for a new device! Definitely getting a plan from them again, and recommend others do the same!

My experience with Allstate SquareTrade has been excellent. My phone had a cracked glass as well as a back cover which was repaired and taken care of quite expediently with my repair shop working with SquareTrade. However, there were unseen items in the repair that were missed requiring a second claim Allstate SquareTrade worked with me all along the way and my phone is back to the way it was thank you so much for your efficiency and expertise.
