Call the customer service. They were very helpful and the issue was resolved with no problem.
I had insurance and they covered it! Pure and simple They replaced It was NOT easy getting thru the telephone system, many transfers, and repeated explanations other than that I am happy they stood behind the product that only lasted 4 months
