Easy to use and understand process
This was way better than the last time I put in a claim. Still had trouble with the website the first time and had to try again a couple days later which it then worked fine. Offered me a few dollars less than the cost of actually replacement my item, they did say if it was less I could contact them to resolve, but the few dollars wasn't even worth my time to contact them to get the full amount, so I will just take what they gave me.
Everything was handled very well and on time. Very pleased with Allstate Square Trade.
Everyone was very easy to work with and the claim was handled efficiently.
2nd time I've used Allstate and both times were better and faster than I expected. 100% will use again.
I contacted Google to try to get repair advice on my broken Google pixel watch and after 1 hour with a representative, it went nowhere. After realizing my ebay order had a warranty, I was approved within a few minutes. Great experience all around. Would add a more extensive "other" option for when the issue you're facing isn't on the drop down menu.
The process was fairly easy and taken care of quickly.
