I placed my claim after my product began to malfunction. Within hours I received a response and by the end of the day my claim had been approved. About a day later, I was given options to resolve my claim (cash or refurbished replacement product ). I chose replacement but after 5 or 6 days, as a replacement product was not available for prompt delivery, I was sent a gift card for an appropriate amount from the store where I purchased the product. I’m a satisfied customer.

I was very pleased with Allstates insurance plan and ease of use. It was very affordable and one of those items you might skip purchasing. I’m glad I did not skip it , but bought it. Allstate sent me a replacement check for my new glasses which got damaged, I was able to replace them as well as purchase another insurance plan. I would definetly recommend the plan when purchasing expensive items.
I filed my claim., about 10 days later I called back, as I had no info from the manufacturer. Amazingly enough, they had the info on my claim but had not bothered to follow up with me. not great customer service. I did receive my instore credit w/i 6 days.
