Service is great and fast. I have some doctor bills I need to upload from a fall, hopefully those will be good too.
After getting to the right agent service was quick and replacement of phone was quick.
I bought the coverage for a boat cover on Amazon and the cover ripped exposing my boat too the weather. I filed a claim with Allstate and they processed the claim very quickly and sent me a check for the total amount of the cover.
Went through the steps of showing receipt and proving the problem . Allstate came through and approved the repair

When contacting customer service, they were fantastic! My only complaint is that the plan paid less than I paid for the original product and it cost more to replace. And, of course, you have to file your receipt for them to pay the difference. Considering this was not the most expensive Bluetooth to replace, I’m sure they consider that in paying less than the actual cost versus how many people will take the extra time and effort to recover the $5.
