The initial software diagnosis was long and tedious, but necessary as part of the "process". Eventually I took the laptop to a local store to check and repair the MB, AllState was very quick to refund the repair once the invoice was uploaded. Received the check in 5 days.
Using the Allstate process to get reimbursement for my scratched glasses was easy and smooth.
