well it took two phone calls as the first person was both difficult to understand and quite frankly not the brightest. He kept telling me to first contact the manufacturer to which I kept telling him I am outside the 1 year manufacturer's guarantee. Kept asking for a supervisor, was told there was none. Hung up and called back, finally spoke with someone who clearly understood the issue, approved by claim and problem resolved. Will defintly look to purchase with Allstate insurance in the future.

I filed my claim, chose the location I wanted to get my device repaired at and got my device repaired quickly and no hassles. My entire process took less than an hour (including repairs and travel)

After several conversations about the problem it was solved.I received a check in the mail. Went and found what I needed. Brought it home got it set up and it is working fine. I am very pleased with the outcome.
