I’ve never claimed one before. My toothbrush broke. I just went to the website and entered my insurance number and serial number of my toothbrush. They emailed a Target gift card and I was able to buy another one. This is the third time my toothbrush broke after 14-16 months and I was very frustrated. All State helped save the day! And my frustration level. Thank you!

Two years ago, I purchased a grill from Walmart that worked for 1-2 times; then it stopped. The knobs used for turning it on/off just moved around in circles without working, so I knew I needed to call about the warranty I purchased with the grill.
