Two years ago, I purchased a grill from Walmart that worked for 1-2 times; then it stopped. The knobs used for turning it on/off just moved around in circles without working, so I knew I needed to call about the warranty I purchased with the grill. I called the number listed on my paperwork, didn't have to wait very long on hold, and found it easy to talk with a person right away. The product couldn't be repaired at 2 years old. Serviceperson contacted Allstate and a refund of the full purchase price was issued within two business days.
