My equipment quit working and it was replaced less than 3 days
Response was quick and effective. We are very happy that we had this coverage.
We had an issue with the touchpad not working. It was fixed and returned in record time.
It all went well for a change.

Easy to use and understand process
This was way better than the last time I put in a claim. Still had trouble with the website the first time and had to try again a couple days later which it then worked fine. Offered me a few dollars less than the cost of actually replacement my item, they did say if it was less I could contact them to resolve, but the few dollars wasn't even worth my time to contact them to get the full amount, so I will just take what they gave me.
Everything was handled very well and on time. Very pleased with Allstate Square Trade.
