The process was easy after providing a million receipts of purchase. Easy to mail, tracking & return. My daughter was satisfied with the repairs.
Allstate clearly communicated their procedures to me to receive their services. The only negative factor is not being reimbursed for the cost of shipping my printer to Allstate.
My product stopped working after 5 months. When I went to my $22 protection plan I was told I hada 5yr warranty from the company. When I complained that it was wrong to offer me a 2 year protection plan on a product with a 5 year warranty (that I had no idea) they fulfilled my claim.
Wonderful warranty to protect our son’s eyeglasses. Have used this plan multiple times. Always efficient and easy submitting a warranty claim and receiving the benefits.
