It was made easy because the people at Sam’s club eye center stepped up and took care of me!
I had major issue with an item I bought ,the next step was to call the manufacturer. By then the warranty had expired. Next was the Allstate protection plan. It was so easy and simple. Believe me, the operators were professional and directed me to the right path to get my problem resolved. Just be patient and have a positive attitude and the operators will make your case a priority for you. That’s what I loved the most. They looked out for the consumer.

I had always heard how extended warranty was a scam and how the companies always try to deny the claim. Complete opposite here - great service, absolutely painless, sent it in, it was repaired and sent back all within a week. I am definitely buying All State protection for every laptop that I buy!
