I walked into my Sam’s Club in Huntsville, Alabama with my broken glasses and my Allstate paperwork. Within 10 minutes from filing the claim, I heard back from Allstate. Fastest insurance I’ve ever had! I am so glad that I paid the extra money and bought it. As a matter of fact, when I got new glasses from Sam’s, I bought the policy again!
The watch band was not quite the same color as the original band. Not horrible, but noticeably lighter. All in all a quality job.

Customer service is very nice and helpful and I was contacted immediately after chief complaint and got the service and information I needed.
A fit-bit watch broke for the first time, but it was fixed. Four months later, it broke again, and this time, I was giving a return credit so I could buy a different watch instead of a fit-bit. I am pleased to have received the extension and intend to purchase another one for my new timepiece.
