I was very pleased with Allstates insurance plan and ease of use. It was very affordable and one of those items you might skip purchasing. I’m glad I did not skip it , but bought it. Allstate sent me a replacement check for my new glasses which got damaged, I was able to replace them as well as purchase another insurance plan. I would definetly recommend the plan when purchasing expensive items.
I filed my claim., about 10 days later I called back, as I had no info from the manufacturer. Amazingly enough, they had the info on my claim but had not bothered to follow up with me. not great customer service. I did receive my instore credit w/i 6 days.
My experience with the Allstate team has been good and I've been given the time to answer the questions necessary to finish my claim. I appreciate your patience with my schedule.
Allstate was very responsive and quick to my replace my phone. I appreciate their great customer service.
