My camera had something spilled on it which damaged the rear screen and some of the internal electronics. Although my camera was fairly new the manufacturer did not cover damage from fluids; good thing my policy did. Easy and no hassles with no further costs to me.
I have had to deal with other companies in regards to issues like this and Allstate made the process easy and the support agent I worked with was also competent and ready to help and make this process smooth. I wish all companies would handle things like you have! Congrats and thank you.

Had an issue with my gamer chair. I contacted Allstate protection plan online and it took two or three days for some one to get back to me. I uploaded a picture of my chair and by the end of the day I got an email if I wanted an e-gift card or do I wanted it sent to my home. Very quick process. Thanks
