Everyone thinks they don’t need a protection plan until they need one. Glad I bought one for my Refrigerator. When it broke down they were quick to send a technician to diagnose and after some back and forth was told that LG will be fixing it and we will be reimbursed if we get charged for anything. LG tried to fix it but refrigerator was dead. Gave the letter from LG to all state and was issued a check for what I bought the Refrigerator less sales tax.
