My Wal-Mart bicycle kept popping spokes. I kept replacing them, and they kept popping. The nearest bike shop is 85 miles away, and I had no way to get the bike there. Also, the seat was bending and was impossible to sit on. I gave up on the bike and filed a claim. The Allstate guy on the phone was able to make a decision within minutes, and I was reimbursed for the defective bike. Total satisfaction.
