Dropped my laptop and the hinge broke... frustrated, but I remembered that we purchased the protection plan with it 18 months earlier. The site could not fine my contract, but since I had also scanned the receipt in, they were able to locate it within a couple days (over the weekend even) and I have my laptop back in just bout a weeks time. Will buy the protection plan in the future for electronic items!!
The service and repair/replacement of my cell phone was painless and expedient.
I normally don't buy protection plans as I've often fallen prey to technical details that limit or disqualify my protection. AllState was great at giving a quick service and when they determined that the product was not fixable, they provided me with a full refund. I will definitely purchase with Allstate Protection again.
My granddaughter found errors in her Xbox and they fixed it ASAP. Way to go.
They were right on my claim......took care of me step by step. Items returned and working 100%...Still have insurance until 2025
