I filed my claim., about 10 days later I called back, as I had no info from the manufacturer. Amazingly enough, they had the info on my claim but had not bothered to follow up with me. not great customer service. I did receive my instore credit w/i 6 days.

Allstate took care of me by crediting the entire purchase after I shipped them the computer. I got the check within a few days. Great service, will use again with other purchases.
Easy to file an online claim for defective item bought from Walmart 14 months ago. They sent a postage paid shipping label. After they examined the device for 2 days, Allstate determined the unit was not repairable and made a full purchase price refund via Walmart gift card. Fast determination for resolution, very satisfied.
