It was easy to file a claim with Allstate to replace my broken prescription glasses. I'm still waiting for reimbursement.
I've had to use them many times for replacements. Always smooth. I have had issues getting my plan to go in on a Walmart online order as there isn't enough spaces for the order number so I always have to call and get them to search and find it. Wish it could be fixed so finding it would be less time consuming

I purchased glasses from Sam's Club and added the Allstate Protection Plan. Unfortunately, my glasses were damaged. I returned to Sam's Club to replace my glasses. However, with their expert help I filed a claim and was surprised to find the process simple and very straight forward. I received email communications from Allstate that tracked the progress. I was very pleased to have my claim accepted and my payment almost totally covered my new glasses. Obviously, I bought another Protection Plan for my new glasses.

I had a HP product that appeared to be on it's last legs and needed replacement. I had a laptop that literally fell apart and broke open. The customer service at CostCo reminded me that I had another option available to me with my purchase. I had purchased the extended warranty through Allstate which would cover the repairs. I was cautious about repairs, but went ahead with the repairs. In two days, good news, they were sending my laptop back to me, repaired. Incredible service.
The claims process, delivery process, and communications were all excellent and allowed for a quick repair (initiated and mailed on a Wednesday, returned fixed the following Monday) on a cracked tablet screen.
My printer croaked under warranty...they made shipping back free and easy, as well as getting a refund on an non-repairable unit.
