I had two experiences with Allstate/SquareTrade in two days because the appliance dealer neglected to forward our information to Allstate at the time of our purchase of the warranty coverage. The response was excellent from my first report for repair to receipt of the repaired product.
Helped me so much with my TCL Roku TV that wouldn't turn on anymore! Then they sent Pioneer Xumo replacement TV me a replacement TV. That replacement TV screen is damage. Now they are sending me another replacement TV! Best company!!! Thank you Allstate!!!

The claim process was straightforward and easy to do online. Maybe it was a help that I had uploaded my receipt at the time of purchase but whatever the reason, filing a claim for the glasses that broke was simple.
The warranty worked great. Called to report problem. Followed instructions. Received computer repaired as promised. Great service.
