Purchased a wood frame queen size bed THREE years ago. Long story short, the bed splintered and snapped. Causing us to fall to the floor at 4am while in a deep sleep. Contacted Allstate protection plan, submitted photo proof . Waited 2 days and was approved and issued a credit to make a replacement purchase. New bed is now a steel frame, very sturdy... I absolutely did purchase the 5 year protection plan again.. Wouldn't make sense not to have it...

Perma press cycle not operating. After figuring out how to contact you a young lady spent quite a while going over and testing. She did it. We threw the breaker for 5 minutes and it worked.
Item came back in looking brand new. Can't even tell there was a problem.
Consumer Cellular sent an upgrade for my old J7 phone and it didn't work. Matter of fact I could use my phone after that. They apologized and passed me on to my phone insurance All-State. The Lady was so helpful and in a few days I had a new phone. Thank you so much.
Could not ask for a better experience from using my plan.
