My daughter dropped her laptop and cracked her touch screen. We filed a claim, sent it in for repair and it was fixed and sent back in two days. I had always heard how extended warranty was a scam and how the companies always try to deny the claim. Complete opposite here - great service, absolutely painless, sent it in, it was repaired and sent back all within a week. I am definitely buying All State protection for every laptop that I buy!

We were so disappointed when our TV picture started messing up. Then we remembered we bought the warranty. What an easy process it was. The rep tried fixing it over the phone, but we quickly learned it was not going to be fixed by a factory reset. Once I sent video and pictures of the problem a replacement was sent within days. It was so easy and quick.

Vacumn needed work. I contacted Allstate. I qualified. Sent it in and had it back a short time later. And I believe it is running better than when I first bought it. Thanks!
