My son's phone screen broke and I filed a claim and had a new replacement phone within a few days of filing. Hassel free and quick. Customer service is amazing as well. I recommend Allstate protection plans for any device!/.
Called Allstate again after I was told to contact manufacturer since the ice machine was still under warranty, but they wanted me to return it at MY expense. It was more than half the price of the original machine!!! So I called you guys, and y’all were very helpful
I walked into my Sam’s Club in Huntsville, Alabama with my broken glasses and my Allstate paperwork. Within 10 minutes from filing the claim, I heard back from Allstate. Fastest insurance I’ve ever had! I am so glad that I paid the extra money and bought it. As a matter of fact, when I got new glasses from Sam’s, I bought the policy again!
The watch band was not quite the same color as the original band. Not horrible, but noticeably lighter. All in all a quality job.
The technician was friendly, patient, and competent. He cleared up my misunderstanding about how my range was designed to operate
They spoke to me about the issue and I am good with the resolution
