I've purchased many many of these type of product insurance plans. For a change I actually used it for my expensive mower that quit performing, and it actually paid off. My only complaint is that it was a little difficult to understand some of the people on the phone, due to the cutting cost of capitalistic for-profit insurance companies outsourcing to other countries.
Our TV was showing a large purple spot just weeks before warranty expiration. I filed a claim and just needed to upload the receipt and some photos (after trying a couple of troubleshooting suggestions). I was offered a choice between two models for replacement. I was advised it would take 7 - 10 days but it arrived in 2 days. It was a positive claim experience!

The claim was great I got $102 gift card got a new PC for $274 I'm still waiting for the remaining cost for all state for coverage for that Total amount instead of a check for $12.53 . But I'm ok for now
Exceptional service. That really is all I can say. I got my replacement fitbit in literally a day or so. I was not expecting that kind of outcome at all.

My thermostat's liquid display went to a scrambled mess and had to install a new one and Allstate coverage policy covered it after 2 1/2 years. Recommend this coverage when purchasing electronic devices.
The service was amazing and very understanding. When I first bought the policy i honestly thought it wasn't worth it. I would never use it but I was mistaken.
