The motorized recliner that we purchased quit working. I remembered that we had purchased insurance with NFM for our purchase. I went online to make a claim. I followed the easy instructions and had an immediate response. I sent several pictures on line of the defective part and was given a twenty hour period for Allstate to evaluate and present me with my options. It was great. No problems
The ice maker in our refrigerator failed 4 times. Getting the initial claim set up online was a bit of a pain, but subsequent claims became easier. After the fourth claim, they finally just refunded to us the cost of the refrigerator. I guess we'll just do without an ice maker until the refrigerator itself fails. Overall, we were glad that we decided to purchase the Allstate Protection Plan.

When I purchased the insurance on my printer I never thought I'd get to use it. It was quite a surprise when my printer broke so close to the end of the coverage and was able to file a claim and get paid.

Recently, I was experiencing problems with my Asus laptop, which had an Allstate protection plan warranty. I called warranty customer service & after answering a few questions, they had emailed a FedEx shipping label & I was ready to print & ship. I was getting ready for international travel in two & thought that the laptop would be repaired after I had departed. The laptop was immediatedly repaired & returned prior to my trip. When buying a laptop protection warranty I highly recommend Allstate’s protection plan.
