When my GE Opal ice maker crapped out after only 10 months, the manufacturer wouldn’t stand behind their warranty, so Allstate stepped up and made it right. Bottom line, I’ll never buy another GE appliance, but if I have an option, I will ALWAYS buy this Allstate protection plan.

I had a problem with a fairly new watch. I contacted the Allstate protection plan people, answered some questions about the defective watch and received and answer and refund within hours. I was able to replace the defective watch with a new one by the next day. Excellent service!!

My Laptop got worn and was not charging my Laptop. I was able to funds from Allstate to replace the charger. What a great bargain!

Had to call a couple of times for laptop . First was told to reset computer which I did and then Windows would not install. Ssd fail message so then they wanted me to send in. I couldn't wait that long so told me to get quote local and I did. They approved it and I had it fixed in one day at local shop. I paid for it and sent in receipt. I had my check in 5 days. Good experience.
